I really quite agree with the justification of applying day-light savings timing for Bangladesh. However, it is a reality now. After a few months of pilot running, Govt. has announced yearly schedule of the time adjustment.

Ittefaq reports that, each year on 31st March 12 o'clock at night, Bangladesh standard time (BST) will be advanced for one hour, so it will be made to 11 pm. So, it will follow the same timing as before.

So, the schedule is:

Nov 01 to March 31: The clock will be advanced for 1 hour.

April 01 to October 31: the clock will be readjusted to earlier timing.
